Refund Policy

   The Seller shall not be responsible for any medical costs incidental to the puppy after Buyer(s) receives the puppy. Seller guarantees the  puppy to be healthy at the time of the sale. Seller does not assume any liability for any injury to said puppy after time of sale. If there is a problem with the puppy, seller's Veterinarian and buyer(s) Veterinarian must agree upon health reasons existed before time of purchase, provided the puppy has been properly cared for in buyer(s) possession.
   Puppies covered under our health guarantee are for replacement only unless the life altering congenital defect  is found at the initial veterinarian visit within 72 hours of purchase of puppy, then and only then, a refund will be issued upon puppies return to seller provided that there are two veterinarians statements accompanying the puppy.  All veterinarian bills will be paid by the puppy/dog buyer and not the seller of said puppy.
   If puppy is diagnosed to have a fatal or life altering congenital disease which adversely affects the health of the animal within 12 months of age, a replacement puppy will be given under the following restrictions. Adverse or Life altering congenital diseases covered under our health guarantee include kidney, heart, pancreas, spine, and liver dysfunctions of severe, life threatening or altering nature. The animal must exhibit the life altering defect by one year of age. The seller must be notified of the problem
within the two business days of the licensed veterinarian determination and have two reports from two unassociated veterinarians stating the same problem and the seller will provide a replacement puppy of equivalent value at the time of the next litter born.
   If the puppy dies within this one year time frame, the buyer(s) must have an autopsy performed by a licensed Veterinarian at buyer(s) expense to determine cause of death. If cause of death is due to genetic problems that existed before time of purchase, after our veterinarian has examined the puppy, and covered under our health guarantee, a replacement puppy will be given. The replacement puppy will be of same equal value. A replacement will only take place if the above puppy has been properly cared for in buyer(s) possession. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL A REPLACEMENT OF A DOG TAKE PLACE IF THE ABOVE CONDITIONS ARE NOT MET.
   The guarantee applies to the original puppy and puppy buyer only & is nontransferable to a second party.
   There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors (such as but not limited to), immunity level, mites, pneumonia, mange, heatstroke, ringworm, conjunctivitis, fleas, ticks, ear infections allergies, thyroid dysfunction and are not covered by this guarantee.
   There is NO replacement for temperament as this is environmental and buyer(s) responsibility. As responsible breeders we expect that this puppy be properly socialized and highly recommend the puppy attend obedience classes. As breeders we do everything possible as to breed dogs of sound mind (temperament) and body. Some responsibility is the buyer(s) as to proper feeding, exercise, socializing and training, of which all have a bearing on the end results of a sound adult dog.
